Workflows -- Multi-Select for Forms, Surveys, Contains Phrase, and Exact Match!

We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our workflow setup, making it more powerful and user-friendly: Multi-Select functionality is now available for Forms, Surveys, Contains Phrase, and Exact Match. This enhancement streamlines the process of defining triggers and conditions, providing greater flexibility and ease of use.

Key Features

Multi-Select Functionality:

The new multi-select feature allows you to select multiple options for Forms, Surveys, Contains Phrase, and Exact Match fields. This works as an "Or" functionality, meaning the trigger will execute if any of the selected conditions are met.

Forms & Surveys:

When defining triggers, you can now easily select multiple choices from the dropdown menu. This makes it simple to create complex triggers based on multiple form or survey responses.

Contains Phrase & Exact Match:

For text-based triggers, such as Facebook comments or message contents, you can now add multiple phrases or terms. After typing each phrase or term, press "Enter" or "Return" to add it as a separate selection.

How It Works

Using Multi-Select:

1. Forms & Surveys:

- When setting up a trigger, click on the dropdown menu and select the desired options. You can choose multiple options to ensure the trigger executes if any of the selected responses are received.

2. Contains Phrase & Exact Match:

- Type each phrase or term you want to use as a trigger. After entering each one, press "Enter" or "Return" to add it to the list. This allows you to create triggers based on multiple keywords or phrases.

Example:

In a Facebook - Comments on a Post trigger, if you have five options in the "Contains Phrase" field, the trigger will execute if the contact comments any one of the phrases.
