In today's digital age, phone communication still plays an important role in business operations. However, with the rise of spam and robocalls, it can be challenging to ensure that your calls are reaching your intended audience. That's why we're excited to announce our new feature in Foam Services: SHAKEN/STIR trusted calling.

To access this new feature, navigate to the Settings Phone Numbers tab and click on the Trust Center. SHAKEN/STIR is a system in the US that allows businesses to send application-to-person or ATP type messaging via standard 10-digit long code phone numbers. This helps to avoid calls that show up as spam or get filtered by your users or leads.

To get started with SHAKEN/STIR trusted calling, submit your business profile, and your account admins will be able to register for the service free of charge. The process is simple and easy to follow, and our help library article provides all the information you need to connect this new feature.

With SHAKEN/STIR trusted calling, you can ensure that your calls are reaching your intended audience and avoid getting filtered or flagged as spam. This is a valuable addition to our Foam Services, and we're excited to offer it to our customers.
