Hello! We have introduced a new feature that allows you to add multiple email addresses for each contact. This enhancement offers greater flexibility and efficiency in managing communication channels. Let's explore the details!

Managing Multiple Email Addresses: Our system now supports adding and managing multiple email addresses for contacts. You can easily add, edit, and organize multiple email addresses, selecting a primary email for all interactions.

Effortless Email Sending: When sending emails, users can choose from the list of email addresses associated with a contact. The primary email address is automatically selected for convenience and consistency.

Bulk Import and Export: To streamline your workflow, our system enables bulk import and export of contacts with multiple email addresses. This saves time and effort, especially when dealing with a large number of contacts.

Limits and Considerations: Please note that each contact can have one primary email address and up to 10 additional email addresses. These limits ensure data integrity and optimize system performance.

Using the Feature: Adding multiple email addresses to a contact is easy. When adding or editing a contact, simply select the primary email and make any necessary changes within the email field.

CSV Import Simplified: Our system seamlessly integrates with CSV import. During the mapping process, the first email on the list will be automatically selected as the primary email unless specified otherwise. To import additional emails, use the "Additional Emails" option and separate each address with a comma.
