If you're looking for a more efficient way to manage your emails, then you might be interested in the latest update from the dev team. RDT has announced a new feature that allows you to connect your personal email with the CRM and sync outgoing and incoming emails between the two.
To get started, you'll need to navigate to settings labs and turn on 'two-way sync'. This will enable you to use your personal email account to send, receive, and track emails within the CRM.
Once you've turned on this feature in labs, you'll need to go to settings profile and scroll until you see email to async. Turn this on and select your email provider, and then click connect. You'll be prompted to log into your email account and grant access to the platform to use your email.
