Hey everyone, it's Melanie from the RDT solar software CRM dev team, and I'm here with an exciting update for you regarding conversations. You can now schedule an SMS or email to be sent in the future.

It's super easy to use. If you're within the conversation section of your system and you're creating a message to send by SMS or email, simply click "send now" or click the clock icon to schedule it for a later date and time. Click "schedule" and the message will be scheduled to send in the future.
