Smart List Advance Conditions in Email Campaigns

RDT Solar Software CRM team has made an important update to the email builder and email campaigns. Melanie from the dev team explains the update in this video. The update includes the option to set up advanced conditions for a smart list when scheduling an email campaign. In this post, we'll break down the steps to set up advanced conditions for a smart list when scheduling an email campaign.

Step 1: Choose a smart list for the email campaign When scheduling an email campaign, choose a smart list to send the email to. For example, Melanie chose the "test tag list."

Step 2: Set up advanced conditions In the advanced conditions section, choose whether or not to include contacts that are added to the smart list between the time of scheduling and the send date and time. Melanie demonstrates this feature in the video by choosing "No" in the drop-down menu to only send to contacts currently in the smart list. Alternatively, you can choose "Yes" to include contacts added to the smart list between the time of scheduling and the send date and time.

Step 3: Schedule the email campaign After setting up the advanced conditions, schedule the email campaign to send at a future date and time.

By using this feature, you can further enhance the scheduling feature of email campaigns within your system. It's easy to use and can save time by automating the process of sending emails to new contacts added to a smart list. Try it out and see how it can benefit your email campaigns.
