The Dev Team is back with another exciting update. We've reimagined and upgraded the way calendars are created in our system, making it even more intuitive and efficient.
1. Quick Calendar Creation:
With our latest release, you can set up a calendar in less than 30 seconds using the basic setup. For those who desire more customization, we've introduced an advanced setup flow. This advanced mode offers all the options you're familiar with but in a more streamlined format.
2. The New Menu:
When you opt to create a calendar, you'll be greeted with a simplified menu. Just select a name, URL, meeting duration, basic booking availability, and a meeting location. Hit confirm, and voila! You'll instantly receive a link to your calendar or an embed code. Plus, the preview calendar feature offers a quick glance at your creation.
3. Advanced Settings:
For those who want to dive deeper, the advanced view provides options for meeting details, logo, description, group settings, and more. We've also enhanced the wording and added quick tips for a smoother experience. A standout feature is the custom availability option, allowing you to set your availability by the day for added flexibility.
4. Forms and Payment:
Everything remains familiar here, with options to add guests, pre-populate fields, and select forms. However, if you have a payment integration like Stripe connected, a new payment option will appear under 'forms and payment', which you can enable or disable as needed.
5. Additional Features:
Rounding off the update, we've included notification settings, additional options, connections, and a customization page.
