We have some exciting news to share with you. We know many of you have been eagerly waiting for this feature, and we're thrilled to announce that guests are now allowed on any calendar. This addition will significantly enhance your scheduling capabilities and simplify the process of managing appointments with multiple attendees. Let's dive in!
To enable this feature, head over to the settings on page three while creating or editing a calendar. Look for the option to "Add Guests" and make sure it's enabled. Once you activate this feature, your attendees will have the ability to add multiple people to the same appointment.
When guests book appointments, they will see a user-friendly interface where they can easily add additional guests. This streamlined process ensures that all attendees are included and accounted for in the scheduling.
After an appointment is booked, you will have visibility into the additional guests who have been added. This allows you to keep track of the complete list of attendees and ensures everyone is on the same page.
We understand the importance of efficient scheduling and collaboration, which is why we've prioritized the implementation of this guest feature. It's a game-changer for managing group appointments and making the scheduling process smoother and more inclusive.
