Hello from our development team! We're excited to announce a new feature that improves your experience with group calendars. We've now introduced staff selection for booking, also known as "Round Robin" scheduling calendars.
Using this feature is easy. To enable round robin scheduling, simply activate the toggle on the first page when creating or editing a calendar and save your changes.
But what does it look like in practice? When you go to book, you'll see available times as usual. But now, you also have the option to select a specific staff member who's been added to the calendar, or you can opt for the 'first available' if you have no specific preference.
This update allows for greater flexibility and efficiency when managing bookings and appointments, making it easier than ever to accommodate your team's schedules and your clients' preferences.
