RDT Solar Software CRM team has released an update regarding calendars and notifications/confirmations. Melanie from the development team has shared the details of the update in a short video.

The update includes an acknowledgement email as a notification type, which users can choose to send to either a contact or email address(es). Multiple email addresses can be added by using a comma between them. This feature is available on the third tab for confirmation when editing a calendar.

The team hopes that this update will make it easier for users to create simple and easy notifications or confirmations for their calendars without the need for separate workflows.

To use this feature, users must scroll down and save their changes. Melanie also mentioned that this update is a shortcut for a short and simple version, but the feature can be customized more thoroughly and specifically.
