Hi everyone! I'm excited to share some news about our latest enhancement – the inbound calling on iOS feature in our mobile app. This update means that now, all users, including those on iOS, can enjoy the ease and flexibility of forwarding inbound calls to their mobile apps.
To enable inbound calls, you need to assign a Twilio number to a user from the 'My Staff' section in the settings. Click 'edit' for a user, navigate to 'call and voicemail settings,' select a number, ensure 'forward calls to mobile app' is checked, and then save. It's as simple as that!
Once you've set this up, you'll be able to receive calls on both Android and iOS platforms. Moreover, you can also call leads and customers directly from your device. This update also integrates calendar groups into appointments and ensures appointments align with daylight savings time, displaying the correct times.
Our app enhancement also includes easier access to email and SMS from conversations and has improved call options under contacts for users.
