Bulk Upload Social Media Posts Using a CSV

Hello, RDT Solar CRM Software users! We have some exciting news to share with you today. Melanie from the dev team has a quick update regarding the Social Planner. They have now enabled a feature for you to be able to bulk upload social media posts into the Social Planner using a CSV file.

Why is this feature important? With bulk upload, you can import multiple posts from a CSV file altogether, helping you to be more efficient with your use of the Social Planner. In this blog post, we will guide you on how to use this feature.

Step 1: Navigate to the Social Planner and Click New Post

Once you are logged into your RDT Solar CRM account, navigate to the Social Planner and click on the "New Post" button.

Step 2: Choose "Upload from CSV" from the Dropdown Menu

After clicking "New Post", a dropdown menu will appear. Choose "Upload from CSV" from the list of options.

Step 3: Import Multiple Posts from a CSV File Altogether

You can then import multiple posts from a CSV file altogether. Go ahead and upload the file and follow the formatting tips provided by RDT Solar CRM. Then click "Next" to proceed.

Step 4: Utilize the Social Media Posts Bulk Uploaded into the Social Planner

After following the above steps, you will be able to utilize all of the social media posts bulk uploaded into the Social Planner. This will help you to be more efficient in your social media management tasks. You can duplicate this process as often as you need to.
