Streamlined Workflow Settings: While the workflow settings remain mostly unchanged, we have removed deprecated options and introduced the "allow reentry" feature. This allows contacts to reenter a workflow if they have been in it before, providing more flexibility and control.
Enhanced Timezone Functionality: To ensure messages are delivered at the right time, you can now select the contact's timezone within the workflow settings. Specify time windows and center details to optimize your communication strategy based on each contact's location.
Improved Message Management: We have introduced a "mark as read" feature for messages generated by automations. This ensures that automated messages are marked as read, reducing notification clutter and keeping important messages in focus.
Enrollment History and Execution Logs: The "history" section has been renamed to "enrollment history" for clarity. Here, you can view the date of contact enrollment, current action, and status. For more detailed information, access the "execution history" and examine the flow of a contact's journey, including additional details via specific icons.
