What's New? If you're adding if/else workflow conditions, you can now use custom values. This update aims to enhance your experience with workflows by allowing you to use custom values more effectively and efficiently.

How to Use Custom Values in Workflows? Here are the steps to follow to use custom values in workflows:

1. Log in to your RDT Solar Software CRM account and navigate to workflows.

2. Create a new workflow or edit an existing one.

3. Add an if/else workflow condition and select "custom value."

4. Enter the custom value you want to use and save the condition.

5. You can now use this custom value in your workflow to trigger actions or notifications.
