Delete Multiple Actions in Workflows

In this update from the RDT Solar CRM software development team, we will be discussing the recent improvement to the workflow builder that allows users to delete multiple actions at once. Previously, users had to delete each action one at a time, which could be time-consuming when making big changes to their workflows. Now, with this new feature, users can delete all actions from a certain point in just a few clicks.

Steps:

1. Previously, users had to delete each action one at a time in the workflow builder.

2. If a user wanted to delete multiple actions, they would have to individually click the three-dot menu, select delete, and then delete each individual action.

3. With the new feature, users can delete all actions from a certain point in just a few clicks.

4. To delete multiple actions, users can come over to the three-dot drop-down menu and hover over delete.

5. From there, they can choose "delete all actions from here."

6. This will delete the selected action and all following actions as well.

Benefits:
