We are excited to announce a major enhancement to our workflow capabilities: Media Attachments in Custom Values. This new feature expands the range of custom values available in workflows, providing greater flexibility and utility for your messaging needs.
Previous Limitations
Until now, our workflows only exposed the Message Subject and Message Body. While useful, this limitation meant that users could not include media attachments in their workflow processes, restricting the types of messages that could be automated and customized.
What’s New?
Media Attachments in Custom Values:
With this update, you can now include Message Attachments from the custom value picker in your workflows. This enhancement allows you to utilize media files such as images, videos, documents, and more within your automated workflows, making your messages richer and more engaging.
How It Works
Using Media Attachments in Workflows:
1. Access the Custom Value Picker:
- When setting up or editing a workflow, navigate to the custom value picker.
2. Select Message Attachments:
- You will now see an option for Message Attachments alongside Message Subject and Message Body.
3. Incorporate Attachments:
- Choose the relevant media files to include in your messages. These attachments will be automatically integrated into your workflow, ensuring that recipients receive the full content.
