We are excited to announce a new feature that will make managing your workflows even more efficient: the "Deleted" tab in the workflow list page. This addition is designed to help you recover any workflows that may have been deleted accidentally or otherwise.
What's New?
Introducing the "Deleted" Tab:
A brand-new tab named "Deleted" has been added to the workflow list page. All workflows that you delete will now appear in this tab, ensuring they are not lost immediately.
Storage Duration:
Deleted workflows will be stored in the "Deleted" tab for 90 days. After this period, they will be permanently removed from our servers. This gives you a substantial amount of time to recover any workflow you might need to restore.
Restore with Ease:
To restore a deleted workflow, simply navigate to the "Deleted" tab and click on the "Restore" button next to the desired workflow. The restored workflow will include all the triggers, actions, and configurations that it had before deletion. It will be restored in the "Draft" stage, allowing you to review and make any necessary adjustments before activating it again.
Exclusive Access for Admins:
Please note that only Location and Agency admins have the authority to restore deleted workflows. This ensures that the restoration process is managed by individuals with the appropriate permissions and oversight.
### Benefits of the New Feature
- Accidental Deletion Recovery: No more worries about losing important workflows due to accidental deletion. You now have a 90-day window to recover them.
- Consistent Configuration: Restored workflows come back with their original setup, minimizing the need for reconfiguration.
- Admin Control: Limiting the restore capability to admins ensures a controlled and secure recovery process.
We believe this feature will greatly enhance your workflow management experience by providing a safety net for deleted workflows. As always, we value your feedback and look forward to hearing how this new feature benefits your operations.
Happy workflow managing!
