Workflows - If/Else Multiple Paths

In this update, we're excited to share some enhancements made to the If/Else Conditional workflow event in our Workflow Builder. This update gives you more control over your workflow experience and allows you to customize your workflows even further. Keep reading to learn more about this exciting update.

Step 1: Accessing the If/Else Conditional Workflow Event

To access the If/Else Conditional workflow event, click on the plus icon to add a workflow action. You can then search for the action in the list or scroll down to the F L's condition. From there, you can add one or multiple branches and customize it to fit your needs.

Step 2: Customizing the If/Else Conditional Workflow Event

With the latest enhancement, you can now customize the If/Else Conditional workflow event to have multiple paths. As shown in the example shared by Melanie in the video, you can have as many paths as you'd like, and you can customize each path to fit your needs. To customize each path of the workflow, click the plus sign under each path.

Step 3: Saving and Publishing the Workflow

Once you've customized your workflow, be sure to save any changes you've made. When you're ready for your workflow to run, publish it so that it can go into action.
