Hello RDT Solar Software CRM users! We have an exciting update for you from the dev team. In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the steps of enabling coupon codes in your funnels. With this new feature, you can offer discounts to your customers, increasing your sales and customer satisfaction.

Step 1: Creating a Coupon Code

To get started, navigate to your payments tab and coupons. Here, you'll see any coupons that you've created, or you can create new coupons. It's very easy to create and set coupons. You can choose start and end dates, fixed price discounts, percentage discounts, and even name the coupon. In the video, Melanie creates a coupon code called "season 2022" and offers a 20% discount starting November 9th, 2022.

Step 2: Enabling Coupon Codes in Funnels

Once the coupon is created, you can come over into the funnels feature. Within the order form on the left-hand side, under the advanced settings, you'll see where there's the enabled coupon codes toggle. Ensure that that is toggled on. And then, of course, save any changes. And then the coupon will be able to be used within the funnel.

Step 3: Using Coupons in Funnels

With coupon codes enabled in funnels, customers can now use the coupon code at checkout to receive the discount. It's as easy as that to use coupons in your funnels now.
