Subscription Product Transactions

In this update, we'll be discussing the latest feature added to RDT Solar Software CRM's payments and transaction section. Melanie from the dev team shares the news in the following video.
Video Summary: Melanie explains that as of September 7th, the system includes a list of subsequent transactions for subscription products. This feature allows users to view all transactions, including those from text-to-pay links and calendar appointment bookings, in one place. This means users no longer have to go back and forth between Stripe and the system to view transactions.
Steps to Use the Feature:
Log in to your RDT Solar Software CRM account.
Navigate to the payments and transaction section.
Look for the message at the top of the page that states the inclusion of subsequent transactions for subscription products.
Click on the list of subsequent transactions to view them all in one place.
