What is "Ring Incoming Call to All Users"? Imagine a scenario where you have a phone number associated with your LC Phone system, and you want to ensure that incoming calls to that number reach the right person as quickly as possible. That's where this feature comes into play.

Adding or Editing a Number: Whether you're adding a new phone number or editing an existing one, you'll notice a new addition at the bottom of the configuration options.
Select Up to Eight Users: With this update, you can now select up to eight users who will receive simultaneous incoming call alerts when someone dials the designated number.
Race to Answer: When a call comes in, it's a race to see who answers first! All eight selected users' devices will ring simultaneously, and the first one to answer takes the call.
Customized Call Handling:
This feature is highly versatile. You can apply it not only to individual users but also to forwarded numbers.
