Hey everyone, Melanie from the Dove team here with an exciting update for you about the conversation section of your RDT solar software CRM system. We've made some interface enhancements to make the conversation section easier and more user-friendly for you to utilize within your system. Additionally, we've added a quick filter section that allows you to easily apply filters for the contact owner, whether it's assigned to someone or unassigned, and filter by the last message channel. You can clear the filters at any time to restart. We hope these improvements will help you utilize the conversation section of your RDT solar software CRM system as best as you need for your business. Stay tuned for more updates!
