This new feature introduces advanced functionality that allows you to use if/else conditions based on WhatsApp delivery status to determine the next steps in your workflow, ensuring seamless and efficient communication.
Key Features
Conditional Logic Based on WhatsApp Delivery Status:
With this update, you can now implement if/else conditions within your workflows based on the delivery status of WhatsApp messages. This means you can design your workflows to automatically take specific actions depending on whether a WhatsApp message is successfully delivered or not.
Hold Contact Until Delivery Status Received:
We’ve added a toggle option that allows you to hold a contact in the workflow until the delivery status from Meta (WhatsApp) is received. This feature ensures that your communication remains smooth and uninterrupted. If a WhatsApp message fails to deliver, the workflow can automatically switch to an alternative communication method, such as SMS or Email.
Additional Enhancements
Missed Call Text Back for WhatsApp:
To further streamline your lead management, we’ve introduced the Missed Call Text Back feature for WhatsApp. Now, when a call from a lead is missed, an automatic WhatsApp reply will be sent to the lead. Additionally, the assigned user will be notified to follow up, ensuring that no potential leads slip through the cracks.
