We're excited to share a new feature that has been added to our Facebook Conversion API integrations - the ability to incorporate lead events into your workflows.
To leverage this feature, you'll need administrative access to a Facebook business account and a business page, both of which must function seamlessly with our system.
Begin by navigating to the Events Manager in the Facebook Business Suite. Here, you can connect a data source to your CRM using the API key in your account, and create a Facebook pixel. Remember, the pixel ID generated during this process will be needed for the next steps. Upon successfully setting everything up in your Facebook account, an option to generate an access token will become available.
Assuming that a workflow for generating leads via a Facebook form is already in place, which funnels these leads into a specific pipeline stage, you can now add a Conversion API event. Simply input your access token, pixel ID, and stage name into the workflow.
This improvement enables more refined lead management through the use of Facebook Conversion APIs and workflows, adding an extra dimension to your customer relationship management efforts.
